Absolutely. WordPress is our specialty. We offer optimized WordPress hosting and can also help with development, migrations, and ongoing maintenance.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Contact us and we’ll migrate you to your new plan with no downtime.
Your hosting plan includes server space, bandwidth, daily automated backups with 7-30 days retention depending on your plan, SSL certificates, and email support. All plans run on our secure, optimized infrastructure.

We start with a discovery call to understand your needs, then provide a proposal with scope and pricing. Once approved, we work in stages with regular check-ins until launch.
We specialize in WordPress, Node.js, and custom web applications. We also work with PHP, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Flutter for mobile apps.
Billing
Questions about payments, invoices, and refunds.
Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued, but you won’t be charged again.
We accept Zelle, PayPal and all major credit cards through Stripe. Our Website is setup to be automated through stripe, if you wish to pay differently contact us before checkout and we will work with you for Zelle or paypal.

Minor updates may be handled as a courtesy, but ongoing content changes or feature additions are either part of a managed hosting plan or quoted as a separate project.
For critical hosting issues like server downtime, we monitor systems around the clock. Non-critical requests are handled during normal business hours.
Your control panel login details were sent when your account was created. If you need access restored, contact support with your domain name and we’ll assist you.
Hosting support covers server issues, email configuration, SSL certificates, DNS setup, and general account questions. It does not include website content changes, plugin troubleshooting, or custom development — those are billed separately or covered under a managed hosting plan.
Most inquiries receive a response within 24 hours during business days. Urgent hosting issues like downtime are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible.
We respond to support requests Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern. Emergency hosting issues are monitored outside these hours.
